RETURN POLICY

If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund according to the conditions indicated hereunder. In case of defective products, they are subject to conditions specified in the last paragraph of this section.

Return policy: Conditions for refund.

AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Law and the Spanish Royal Decree 1/2007 on Consumer Protection, will not accept returns of customized products/orders. Returns require the agreement of both parties, except in cases subject to the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of delivery. After the fourteen (14) days time limit, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH reserves the right to claim compensation for any potential damages to the product and return costs.
1- AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will only accept returns within fourteen (14) calendar days after the customer receives their shipment. The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must retain their original packaging.
2- If the product is defective, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will exchange it for a similar one.
3- AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will refund the product purchase price if it cannot be shipped due to any circumstance for which AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH is not responsible.
4- AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will accept returns of products that do not correspond to the products ordered by the customer.
In case of a litigious issue between the parts due to the Purchase and Return Policy, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH and the customer submit themselves to the corresponding jurisdiction and Courts and Tribunals.

How to return an order:

Please, contact us by email info@aeiebiochemical.es within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order, indicating "Return an order" as the email subject. Specify your order reference and the reasons for returning.
Once your refund request is received, we will contact you and explain the next step in the refund process.
After that, the shipping company will collect the package at the given time. Shipping costs will be covered by you (the customer). Nevertheless, the customer can choose which shipping company/delivery service they want to use at their own expense.
Pack the product securely for return. The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must retain their original packaging and labeling.
Once we receive your package and verify it meets the requirements above, we will send you an email to confirm your return. Its refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Article 107 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act. However, in the case of valid withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will assume the product and shipping costs. The refund will be submitted to the original form of payment.
In case the return does not meet the requirements set forth in this Return Policy, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will contact you to offer the return of the products that cannot be accepted. If the customer rejects the product, the company has the right to keep the product and its purchase price. In accordance with Article 107.2 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH will not assume extra costs if the customer has chosen a cheaper shipping method than the one stablished.

Defective products:

REPARACIÓN Y SUSTITUCIÓN DE LOS PRODUCTOS
In accordance with Article 120 and subsequent Articles thereof of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws, in case of defective products, AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH must repair, replace or partially refund at no additional cost to the customer. AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH answers to non conformity claims during a two (2) year period since the delivery of the order. The customer must inform AEIE BIOCHEMICAL RESEARCH of the lack of conformity within a period of two (2) months from the date of detection.

Withdrawal form
